    Perform Actions on Multiple Emails

    In Spark, you can easily select multiple emails and archive, delete, or pin them all at once.

    1. Click the space between the sidebar and any email to enter the select mode. Then, select the needed emails. Press Cmd ⌘ to select all emails in the current folder.

    1. At the bottom, choose an action you want Spark to perform.

    To cancel the selection, press Esc or click Clear Selection at the bottom. To cancel an action, tap Undo at the bottom of the screen or press Cmd ⌘ in under 5 seconds. It’s also possible to manually cancel an action later.

    Note: When you delete emails from the Trash folder, they cannot be recovered.
    1. Click the space between the sidebar and any email to enter the select mode. Then, select the needed emails. Press  CTRL A to select all emails in the current folder.

    1. At the bottom, choose an action you want Spark to perform.

    To cancel the selection, press Esc or click Clear Selection at the bottom. To cancel an action, tap Undo at the bottom of the screen or press (CTRL) Z in under 5 seconds. It’s also possible to manually cancel an action later.

    Note: When you delete emails from the Trash folder, they cannot be recovered.
    1. Long tap an email in your inbox.
    2. Tap the other emails you want to select. To choose all emails in the current folder, tap Select all at the top right.
    3. To cancel the selection, tap Clear selection at the top right. To deselect a single email, just tap on it.
    4. After selecting the desired emails, choose one of the actions on the top toolbar:

      - Mark emails as read/unread

      - Bulk Pin

      - Mass Mark as Done (Archive)

      - Bulk Delete

      - Move emails to another folder

      - Batch Snooze

      - Mark emails as spam

    Note: The bulk actions toolbar directly correlates with swipe actions settings: four actions chosen as swipe ones are displayed on the toolbar and all the others are reachable through the More icon . You can always change the swipe actions via Settings > Personalization > Swipes.
    1. To cancel an action, tap Undo at the bottom of the screen in under 5 seconds. It’s also possible to manually cancel an action later.

    2. In a pop-up menu, tap Select.
    3. Tap at the other emails you want to select or tap Select All at the top right to act on all emails in the current folder.

      - Pin

      - Snooze

      - Mark as read/unread

      - Delete

        - Mark as Done (Archive)

      - Move an email to another folder

      - Mark as spam
