Things on Mac and iOS is an easy-to-use and feature-rich task manager app that helps users to get organized and make the most out of every day. Spark & Things integration allows you to turn emails into tasks right from the app - learn how to do it below.
Connect Things to Spark
- Open Spark Settings.
- Integrations.
- Select Things > Connect.
OR
- Open the email needed.
- Click ⌘K to open Command Center.
- Select Save to… option.
- Connect Things.
- Open an email and tap More
on the toolbar at the bottom > Add Service. - Select Things.
OR
- Tap the menu icon
at the top left. - Open Settings > Services.
- Tap Add Service and select Things.
Note: Connected Services don't sync between devices. If you want to use Things with Spark on several devices, please add this service separately to each of them.
Turn an email into a task
- Open the email needed.
- Click ⌘K to open the Command Center.
- Select Save to… option > Things.
- By default, the Subject of the email is offered as the task’s title. Click on the title to change it.
- Choose export options: Back link or Email.
- Set a Due Date.
- Click Save to Things.
- Open the email needed.
- Tap More

Remove connected service
- Open Spark Settings.
- Integrations.
- Select Things > Disconnect.
- Tap the menu icon
at the top left. - Open Settings > Services > Things.
- Tap Remove Account.
