Evernote is a cloud-based software service designed for creating, organizing, and storing various media files. With Spark & Evernote integration it’s easy to turn emails into notes right from the app - learn how to do it below.
Connect Evernote to Spark
- Open Spark Settings.
- Integrations.
- Select Evernote > Connect.

- Open the email needed.
- Click ⌘K to open Command Center.
- Select Save to… option.
- Connect Evernote.
- Open Spark Settings.
- Integrations.
- Select Evernote > Connect.

- Open the email needed.
- Click CTRL K to open Command Center.
- Select Save to… option.
- Connect Evernote.
- Open Spark Settings.
- Integrations.
- Select Evernote.
- Follow the onscreen instructions to log into Evernote.

- Open the email needed.
- Tap the More icon.
- Add Service > Select Evernote.
- Tap the menu icon at the top left.
- Open Settings > Services.
- Select Evernote.
- Follow the onscreen instructions to log into Evernote.
OR
- Open an email you wish to export.
- Tap the More icon at the bottom right.
- Add Service > Select Evernote.
Note: Connected Services don't sync between devices. If you want to use Evernote with Spark on several devices, please add this service separately to each of them.
Turn an email into a note
- Open the email needed.
- Click ⌘K to open the Command Center.
- Select Save to… option > Evernote.
- By default, the Subject of the email is offered as the note’s title. Click on the title to change it.
- Choose export options: an Email or PDF. The first option will export the body of the email and the second one will add a PDF copy to the note.
- Select the Notebook for this note.
- Optionally Add a tag, and Add remark. A remark will appear under the title of the note.
- Click Save to Evernote.

Remove a connected integration
- Open Spark Settings.
- Integrations.
- Select Evernote > Disconnect.
- Open Spark Settings.
- Integrations.
- Select Evernote > Disconnect.

- Select Evernote.
- Tap Remove Account.
- Tap the menu icon at the top left.
- Open Settings > Services.
- Select Evernote.
- Tap Remove Account.
