Spark to Notion integration allows you to send emails directly to Notion, transform emails into Notes, and create entire project briefs from emails.
Tip: Currently, Notion integration is available only for Spark Desktop. Notion support on mobile devices is coming later this year.
Connect Notion to Spark
- Open Spark Settings.
- Integrations.
- Select Notion > Connect.

- Open the needed email.
- Click ⌘K to open Command Center.
- Select the Export to… option.
- Connect Notion.
- Open Spark Settings.
- Integrations.
- Select Notion > Connect.
OR
- Open the needed email.
- Click CTRL K to open Command Center.
- Select the Export to… option.
- Connect Notion.
Export an email to a Notion database
- Open the needed email.
- Click ⌘K to open Command Center.
- Select the Export to… option.
- Alternatively, press Option O.
- Select the Email or Back Link in the Attach email as: option.
- Choose a Database for the task.
- Click Save to Notion.
- Open the needed email.
- Click ⌘K to open Command Center.
- Select the Export to… option.
- Alternatively, press Alt O.
- Select the Email or Back Link in the Attach email as: option.
- Choose a Database for the task.
- Click Save to Notion.
Note: Attachments cannot be exported to Notion at the moment.
Remove the connected integration
- Open Spark Settings.
- Integrations.
- Select Notion > Disconnect.
- Open Spark Settings.
- Integrations.
- Select Notion > Disconnect.
