If you are experiencing issues with launching Spark or downloading attachments on your Windows device, follow the steps below:
- Open Run: Press the Windows key + R.
- Type %temp%: In the Run dialog box, type %temp% and press Enter.
- Select All: In the temporary folder that opens, press Ctrl + A to select all files and folders.
- Delete: Press the Delete key. If prompted, check "Do this for all current items" and click Skip for files that are in use.
- Empty Recycle Bin: For permanent removal, empty your Recycle Bin.
