HubSpot is a popular customer relationship management (CRM) platform that helps businesses manage marketing, sales, customer service, and content management in one place. It provides tools for:
- Tracking leads, managing contacts, and automating sales processes
- Creating email campaigns, landing pages, and social media ads
- Using live chat, help desk, and ticketing systems for support
- Building and managing websites with SEO-friendly tools
- Getting insights into business performance and customer interactions
Since Spark is a great mail client with a variety of tools, it would be beneficial to use Spark with HubSpot, and here’s how you can do it.
To work with incoming emails, you can simply go to HubSpot and follow these steps:
- Go to Settings on HubSpot.
- Select Your Preferences.
- Go to the General section.
- Go to Email > Connect personal email.
You can also see all your outgoing emails at HubSpot by using our Auto BCC feature:
- Go to HubSpot Settings.
- Select Data Management > Objects.
- Under Activities, scroll down to Manual Logging.
- Copy the BCC Address (Outgoing).
- After this, launch your Spark.
- Go to Settings > Composer.
- Choose the Auto BCC field.
- Select your email address and insert the copied BCC from HubSpot. Please also don’t forget to turn on the switcher to activate this field.

Connect HubSpot to Spark

- Open Spark Settings.
- Integrations.
- Select HubSpot > Connect.
OR
- Open the needed email.
- Click ⌘+K to open Command Center.
- Select the Export to… option.
- Connect HubSpot.
- Open Spark Settings.
- Integrations.
- Select HubSpot > Connect.
OR
- Open the needed email.
- Click CTRL+K to open Command Center.
- Select the Export to… option.
- Connect HubSpot.
Note: Connected Services don't sync between devices. If you want to use HubSpot with Spark on several devices, please add this service separately to each of them.
Log Email to HubSpot
- Open the needed email.
- Click ⌘+K to open Command Center.
- Select the Export to… HubSpot option.
- Alternatively, press Option+U.
- Fill in the Create contact for:, Lifecycle Stage:, and Lead Status: details.
- Click Log Email.
- Open the needed email.
- Click ⌘+K to open Command Center.
- Select the Export to… HubSpot option.
- Alternatively, press Alt+U.
- Fill in the Create contact for:, Lifecycle Stage:, and Lead Status: details.
- Click Log Email.

Remove the connected integration
- Open Spark Settings.
- Integrations.
- Select HubSpot > Disconnect.
- Open Spark Settings.
- Integrations.
- Select HubSpot > Disconnect.
