    TickTick

    TickTick is a popular to-do app that works on iOS, Mac, Android, Windows, and Web. It lets you create and organize to-do lists, set reminders & recurring tasks, prioritize tasks, and assign them to other people. Once you connect TickTick to Spark, you can turn emails into tasks without leaving your inbox.

    Connect TickTick to Spark

    Mac Windows Android iOS

    Here are the instructions for Mac:

    1. Open Spark Settings.
    2. Integrations.
    3. Select TickTick > Connect.

    OR

    1. Open the email needed.
    2. Click ⌘K to open Command Center.
    3. Select Save to… option.
    4. Connect TickTick.

    Here are the instructions for Windows:

    1. Open Spark Settings.
    2. Integrations.
    3. Select TickTick > Connect.

    OR

    1. Open the email needed.
    2. Click CTRL K to open Command Center.
    3. Select Save to… option.
    4. Connect TickTick.

    Here are the instructions for Android:

    1. Open Spark Settings.
    2. Integrations.
    3. Select TickTick.
    4. Follow the onscreen instructions to log into TickTick.

    OR

    1. Open the email needed.
    2. Tap the More icon.
    3. Add Service > Select TickTick.

    Here are the instructions for iOS:

    1. Tap the menu icon   at the top left.
    2. Open Settings > Services.
    3. Select TickTick.
    4. Follow the onscreen instructions to log into TickTick.

    OR

    1. Open an email you wish to export.
    2. Tap the More icon at the bottom right.
    3. Tap More Actions > Export to. 
    4. Add Service > Select TickTick.
    Note: Connected Services don't sync between devices. If you want to use TickTick with Spark on several devices, please add this service separately to each of them.

    Turn an email into a task

    Mac Windows Android iOS

    Here are the instructions for Mac:

    1. Open the email needed.
    2. Click ⌘K to open the Command Center.
    3. Select Save to… option > TickTick.
    4. By default, the Subject of the email is offered as the task’s title. Click on the title to change it.
    5. Choose export options: an Email with Web Link or Web Link. A secured Web link with access limits (Just me, anyone with the link, and members of the team) that leads to the email thread and reflects its most recent updates.
    6. Select the Set Start Date: and Set Due Date: for this task.
    7. Click Save to TickTick.

    Here are the instructions for Windows:

    Remove a connected integration

    1. Open Spark Settings.
    2. Integrations.
    3. Select TickTick > Disconnect.

    Here are the instructions for Windows:

    1. Open Spark Settings.
    2. Integrations.
    3. Select TickTick > Disconnect.

    Here are the instructions for Android:

    1. Open Spark Settings.
    2. Integrations.
    3. Select TickTick.
    4. Tap Remove Account.

    Here are the instructions for iOS:

    1. Tap the menu icon   at the top left.
    2. Open Settings > Services.
    3. Select TickTick.
    4. Tap Remove Account.
