TickTick is a popular to-do app that works on iOS, Mac, Android, Windows, and Web. It lets you create and organize to-do lists, set reminders & recurring tasks, prioritize tasks, and assign them to other people. Once you connect TickTick to Spark, you can turn emails into tasks without leaving your inbox.
Connect TickTick to Spark
- Open Spark Settings.
- Integrations.
- Select TickTick > Connect.

- Open the email needed.
- Click ⌘K to open Command Center.
- Select Save to… option.
- Connect TickTick.
- Open Spark Settings.
- Integrations.
- Select TickTick > Connect.
OR
- Open the email needed.
- Click CTRL K to open Command Center.
- Select Save to… option.
- Connect TickTick.
- Open Spark Settings.
- Integrations.
- Select TickTick.
- Follow the onscreen instructions to log into TickTick.
OR
- Open the email needed.
- Tap the More icon.
- Add Service > Select TickTick.
- Tap the menu icon at the top left.
- Open Settings > Services.
- Select TickTick.
- Follow the onscreen instructions to log into TickTick.
OR
- Open an email you wish to export.
- Tap the More icon at the bottom right.
- Add Service > Select TickTick.
Note: Connected Services don't sync between devices. If you want to use TickTick with Spark on several devices, please add this service separately to each of them.
Turn an email into a task
- Open the email needed.
- Click ⌘K to open the Command Center.
- Select Save to… option > TickTick.
- By default, the Subject of the email is offered as the task’s title. Click on the title to change it.
- Choose export options: an Email or Web Link. A secured Web link with access limits (Just me, anyone with the link, and members of the team) that leads to the email thread and reflects its most recent updates.
- Select the Set Start Date: and Set Due Date: for this task.
- Click Save to TickTick.
- Open the email needed.
- Click CTRL K to open the Command Center.
- Select Save to… option > TickTick.

Remove a connected integration
- Open Spark Settings.
- Integrations.
- Select TickTick > Disconnect.
- Open Spark Settings.
- Integrations.
- Select TickTick > Disconnect.
- Open Spark Settings.
- Integrations.
- Select TickTick.
- Tap Remove Account.
- Tap the menu icon at the top left.
- Open Settings > Services.
- Select TickTick.
- Tap Remove Account.
