2Do on Mac and iOS is a smart to-do list manager app that provides users with simple productivity tools to keep up with projects, tasks, and deadlines. Learn how to connect 2Do to Spark and turn your emails into tasks below.
Connect 2Do to Spark
- Open Spark Settings.
- Integrations.
- Select 2Do > Connect.
OR
- Open the email needed.
- Click ⌘K to open Command Center.
- Select Save to… option.
- Connect 2Do.
- Open an email and tap More
on the toolbar at the bottom > Add Service. - Select 2Do.
OR
- Tap the menu icon
at the top left. - Open Settings > Services.
- Tap Add Service and select 2Do.
Note: Connected Services don't sync between devices. If you want to use 2Do with Spark on several devices, please add this service separately to each of them.
Turn an email into a task
- Open the email needed.
- Click ⌘K to open the Command Center.
- Select Save to… option > 2Do.
- By default, the Subject of the email is offered as the card’s title. Click on the title to change it.
- Choose export options: Back link or Email.
- Set a Due Date.
- Click Save to 2Do.
- Open the email needed.
- Tap More
on the toolbar at the bottom and select 2Do. - By default, the Subject of the email is offered as the card’s title. Click on the title to change it.

- Tap Save at the top right.
Remove connected service
- Open Spark Settings.
- Integrations.
- Select 2Do > Disconnect.
- Tap the menu icon
at the top left. - Open Settings > Services > 2Do.
- Tap Remove Account.
