Spark lets you turn any email into a card on a Trello board so you can stay on top of things easily.
Connect Trello to Spark
Here are the instructions for Mac:
- Open Spark Settings.
- Integrations.
- Select Trello > Connect.
OR
- Open the email needed.
- Click ⌘K to open Command Center.
- Select Save to… option.
- Connect Trello.
Here are the instructions for Windows:
- Open Spark Settings.
- Integrations.
- Select Trello > Connect.
OR
- Open the email needed.
- Click CTRL K to open Command Center.
- Select Save to… option.
- Connect Trello.
Here are the instructions for Android:
- Open Spark Settings.
- Integrations.
- Select Trello.
- Follow the onscreen instructions to log into Trello.
OR
- Open the email needed.
- Tap the More icon.
- Add Service > Select Trello.
Here are the instructions for iOS:
- Tap the menu icon
at the top left. - Open Settings > Services.
- Select Trello.
- Follow the onscreen instructions to log into Trello.
OR
- Open an email you wish to export.
- Tap the More icon at the bottom right.
- Add Service > Select Trello.
Note: Connected Services don't sync between devices. If you want to use Trello with Spark on several devices, please add this service separately on each device.
Turn an email into your Trello card
Here are the instructions for Mac:
- Open the email needed.
- Click ⌘K to open the Command Center.
- Select Save to… option > Trello.
- By default, the email's Subject line is used as the card’s title. Click on the title to change it.
- Choose export options: Back Link or PDF. Both options make the "Open in Spark" link for the email appear in the card’s Description section. The PDF option additionally creates a PDF copy of the email in the Attachments section.
- Select a board and a list for this card.
- Click Save to Trello.

Remove a connected integration

- Select Trello > Disconnect.

- Select Trello > Disconnect.

- Open Spark Settings.
- Integrations.
- Select Trello.
- Tap Remove Account.
Here are the instructions for iOS:
- Tap the menu icon
at the top left. - Open Settings > Services.
- Select Trello.
- Tap Remove Account.
