    Todoist and Spark

    Todoist is a tremendous way to keep track of professional and personal projects and tasks. With Spark & Todoist integration, it's easy to turn emails into tasks - learn how to do it below.

    Connect Todoist to Spark

    Mac Windows Android iOS

    Here are the instructions for Mac:

    1. Open Spark Settings.
    2. Integrations.
    3. Select Todoist > Connect.

    OR

    1. Open the email needed.
    2. Click ⌘K to open Command Center.
    3. Select Save to… option.
    4. Connect Todoist.

    Here are the instructions for Windows:

    1. Open Spark Settings.
    2. Integrations.
    3. Select Todoist > Connect.

    OR

    1. Open the email needed.
    2. Click CTRL K to open Command Center.
    3. Select Save to… option.
    4. Connect Todoist.

    Here are the instructions for Android:

    1. Open Spark Settings.
    2. Integrations.
    3. Select Todoist.
    4. Follow the onscreen instructions to log into Todoist.

    OR

    1. Open the email needed.
    2. Tap the More icon.
    3. Add Service > Select Todoist.

    Here are the instructions for iOS:

    1. Tap the menu icon   at the top left.
    2. Open Settings > Services.
    3. Select Todoist.
    4. Follow the onscreen instructions to log into Todoist.

    OR

    1. Open an email you wish to export.
    2. Tap the More icon at the bottom right.
    3. Add Service > Select Todoist.
    Note: Connected Services don't sync between devices. If you want to use Todoist with Spark on several devices, please add this service separately to each of them.

    Turn an email into a task

    Mac Windows Android iOS

    Here are the instructions for Mac:

    1. Open the email needed.
    2. Click ⌘K to open the Command Center.
    3. Select Export to… option > Todoist.
    4. By default, the Subject of the email is offered as the card’s title. Click on the title to change it.
    5. Choose export options: Back Link or Email with Backlink. If you select Email with Backlink, the email body with the Open in Spark link will be added to the Comments section of the task. If Back Link is selected, the link to Spark will be added to the Comments section of the task.
    6. Select a Project for this task.
    7. Select the Due date manually and click Save to Todoist...

    Here are the instructions for Windows:

    1. Open the email needed.
    2. Click CTRL K to open the Command Center.
    3. Select Export to… option > Todoist.
    4. By default, the Subject of the email is offered as the card’s title. Click on the title to change it.
    5. Choose export options: Back Link or Email with WebLink. If you select Email with WebLink, the email body with the Open in Spark link will be added to the Comments section of the task. If Web Link is selected, the Spark link will be added to the task's Comments section.
    6. Select a Project for this task.
    7. Select the Due date manually and click Save to Todoist...

    1. Open an email you wish to export.
    2. Tap the More icon.

    Remove a connected integration

    Mac Windows Android iOS

    Here are the instructions for Mac:

    1. Open Spark Settings.
    2. Integrations.
    3. Select Todoist > Disconnect.

    Here are the instructions for Windows:

    1. Open Spark Settings.
    2. Integrations.
    3. Select Todoist > Disconnect.

    Here are the instructions for Android:

    1. Open Spark Settings.
    2. Integrations.
    3. Select Todoist.
    4. Tap Remove Account.

    Here are the instructions for iOS:

    1. Tap the menu icon   at the top left.
    2. Open Settings > Services.
    3. Select Todoist.
    4. Tap Remove Account.
