Troubleshooting any possible issues
Please note that there might be an issue if you’re simultaneously using an older version of Spark and a newer one. If you do this, some problems may occur:
- Changes to email account settings on the older version (outdated) of Spark may disable Outlook calendar in the latest version of Spark;
- If the Outlook account is reconnected for the outdated version of Spark, the calendar for the latest version of Spark will be disabled.
To make sure that Outlook calendars and email work smoothly, please consider using the latest version of Spark on all your devices. This includes the following versions or later:
- iOS: 3.15.5
- Android: 3.13.1
- Spark Desktop (Mac and Windows): 3.23.0
- Spark Classic (Mac): 2.11.55
