The Spark & MeisterTask integration provides a seamless workflow to turn your emails into tasks and insert them directly into your shared project boards. Learn how to connect and use MeisterTask in Spark below.
Connect MeisterTask to Spark
- Open Spark Settings.
- Integrations.
- Select MeisterTask > Connect.
OR
- Open the email needed.
- Click ⌘K to open Command Center.
- Select Save to… option.
- Connect MeisterTask.
- Open Spark Settings.
- Integrations.
- Select MeisterTask > Connect.
OR
- Open the email needed.
- Click CTRL K to open Command Center.
- Select Save to… option.
- Connect MeisterTask.
- Open Spark Settings.
- Integrations.
- Select MeisterTask.
- Follow the onscreen instructions to log into MeisterTask.
OR
- Open the email needed.
- Tap the More icon.
- Add Service > Select MeisterTask.
- Tap the menu icon at the top left.
- Open Settings > Services.
- Select MeisterTask.
- Follow the onscreen instructions to log into MeisterTask.
OR
- Open an email you wish to export.
- Tap the More icon at the bottom right.
- Add Service > Select MeisterTask.
Note: Connected Services don't sync between devices. If you want to use MeisterTask with Spark on several devices, please add this service separately to each of them.
Turn an email to a task
- Open the email needed.
- Click ⌘K to open the Command Center.
- Select Save to… option > MeisterTask.
- By default, the Subject of the email is offered as the card’s title. Click on the title to change it.
- Choose export options:
- An Email that will export the body of the email to the Description section of the task and the Open in Spark link.
- A secured Web link with access limits (Just me, anyone with the link, and members of the team) that leads to the email thread and reflects its most recent updates.
- Select a Project and a Section for this task.
- Click Save to MeisterTask.
- Open the email needed.

Remove a connected integration
- Open Spark Settings.
- Integrations.
- Select MeisterTask > Disconnect.
- Open Spark Settings.
- Integrations.
- Select MeisterTask > Disconnect.
- Open Spark Settings.
- Integrations.
- Select MeisterTask.
- Tap Remove Account.
- Tap the menu icon at the top left.
- Open Settings > Services.
- Select MeisterTask.
- Tap Remove Account.
