    MindMeister

    The Spark and MindMeister integration provides a seamless workflow for turning your emails into tasks and inserting them directly into your shared project boards. Learn how to connect and use MindMeister in Spark below.

    Connect MindMeister to Spark

    Mac Windows Android iOS

    Here are the instructions for Mac:

    1. Open Spark Settings.
    2. Integrations.
    3. Select MindMeister > Connect.

    OR

    1. Open the email needed.
    2. Click ⌘K to open Command Center.
    3. Select Save to… option.
    4. Connect MindMeister.

    Here are the instructions for Windows:

    1. Open Spark Settings.
    2. Integrations.
    3. Select MindMeister > Connect.

    OR

    1. Open the email needed.
    2. Click CTRL K to open Command Center.
    3. Select Save to… option.
    4. Connect MindMeister.

    Here are the instructions for Android:

    1. Open Spark Settings.
    2. Integrations.
    3. Select MindMeister.
    4. Follow the onscreen instructions to log into MindMeister.

    OR

    1. Open the email needed.
    2. Tap the More icon.
    3. Add Service > Select MindMeister.

    Here are the instructions for iOS:

    1. Tap the menu icon   at the top left.
    2. Open Settings > Services.
    3. Select MindMeister.
    4. Follow the onscreen instructions to log into MindMeister.

    OR

    1. Open an email you wish to export.
    2. Tap the More icon at the bottom right > Export to.
    3. Add Service > Select MindMeister.
    Note: Connected Services don't sync between devices. If you want to use MindMeister with Spark on several devices, please add this service separately to each of them.

    Turn an email into a task

    Mac Windows Android iOS

    Here are the instructions for Mac:

    1. Open the email needed.
    2. Click ⌘K to open the Command Center.
    3. Select Save to… option > MindMeister.
    4. By default, the email's Subject line is used as the card’s title. Click on the title to change it.
    5. Choose export options:
      • An Email that will export the body of the email to the Description section of the task and the Open in Spark link.
      • A secure Web link with access limits (just me, anyone with the link, and team members) that links to the email thread and reflects its most recent updates.
    6. Select a Project and a Section for this task.
    7. Click Save to MindMeister.

    Remove a connected integration

    3. Select MindMeister > Disconnect.

    Here are the instructions for Windows:

    1. Open Spark Settings.
    2. Integrations.
    3. Select MindMeister > Disconnect.

    Here are the instructions for Android:

    1. Open Spark Settings.
    2. Integrations.
    3. Select MindMeister.
    4. Tap Remove Account.

    Here are the instructions for iOS:

    1. Tap the menu icon   at the top left.
    2. Open Settings > Services.
    3. Select MindMeister.
    4. Tap Remove Account.
