Marking an email as Done significantly reduces the time spent on email processing and makes reaching Inbox Zero possible with less effort. When you mark an email as Done, you identify that the work related to the email is finished. When a newsletter is read, a colleague’s email is answered, or an invitation accepted, you can treat it as an accomplished task. Marked as Done emails do not occupy your Inbox, yet are easily accessible anytime you need them: it works as archiving - emails are not deleted and you can find them in a few clicks in the Archive folder or by switching the ‘Show Marked as Done emails’ toggle on.
