Spark supports the Family Sharing option for a Spark Individual Premium Subscription. Purchase sharing works both for the monthly and annual Individual Premium Subscription plans purchased through Spark on iOS or Mac App Stores.

Note: Purchase sharing is not available for Team Subscription.
How to enable Family Sharing
The Family Organiser can enable Family Sharing from iOS or macOS devices.
By default, Family Sharing is enabled for this subscription.
- Open System Settings.
- Apple Account > Media & Purchases.
- Subscriptions > Manage > Spark Mail - AI Email & Inbox.
- Family Access > Share with Family.
- Open iOS Settings.
- Tap Apple ID.
- Subscriptions > Spark.
- Family Sharing > Enable the toggle.
Note: The Spark Subscription may take up to 1 hour to appear on the Family member's device.
I can't see Spark Family Subscription on my device
- Open Spark Settings.
- Spark Account > Upgrade.
- Click Restore Purchases under the Continue button.
Note: The Restore Purchases will work for an Individual Premium subscription activated through Spark on the Mac App Store. It won't work if you purchase the subscription from the website or the iOS App Store.
- Tap the menu icon
at the top left in Spark for iOS.
- Open Settings.
- Tap on the email account address at the top.
- Tap Restore Purchases.
Note: The Restore Purchases will work for an Individual Premium subscription activated through Spark on the iOS App Store. It won't work if you purchase the subscription from the website or the Mac App Store.
