Spark +AI Meeting Notes is a powerful tool for transcribing audio during meetings, interviews, or conversations and generating concise and handy AI-powered summaries of the meetings.
To start using +AI Meeting Notes, allow Spark access to your device’s Microphone and the Screen Recording in the Security & Privacy System Settings. You can do this automatically from the What’s New screen or manually grant such access from other places in the app.

Using +AI Meeting Notes
Increase speech accuracy
- For better call quality, it’s recommended to use a headset or earphones. High-quality noise-canceling headphones or earbuds are particularly effective at reducing background noise, often the main cause of transcription errors or missed audio. If excessive background noise prevents clear audio, it might be difficult for AI providers to transcribe accurately.
- Opt for an external microphone instead of the built-in microphone on your device, as it typically provides better performance. Position the microphone closer to the speaker, and avoid moving or touching the device to minimize unwanted background noise.
