+AI My Writing Style
My Writing Style helps you draft emails in your unique tone, making Spark +AI a more personal and efficient writing assistant. It matches your preferred greetings, sign-offs, email pacing, and commonly used terms - especially useful if you work in a technical field or have favored expressions.
By default, Spark uses a pre-selected tone and length, but you can enable My Writing Style anytime in Settings or Onboarding. When activated, it analyzes a few recent emails (ideally over 300 characters), learns your style, and applies it to all new drafts, following Azure OpenAI’s privacy standards. You can review or update these sample emails in Spark +AI -> Writing Assistant -> My Writing Style Settings.
This update ensures My Writing Style captures the unique way you express yourself, helping you sound authentic in every email, even during busy times. The AI-generated drafts will reflect your voice right from the start, reducing your need to edit and saving you valuable time.
+AI Summary
Managing your email inbox can feel overwhelming, especially with lengthy messages and extensive threads. To help, we’ve created +AI Summary, which condenses long emails and threads into clear, concise insights, highlighting key points and actions in an instant. You can also customize your preferred summary style in Settings.
For marketing and newsletter emails, +AI Summary distills the main takeaways, saving you from reading the entire content. You can stay updated on competitors and suppliers without spending much time, and you can get the gist of emails in other languages without needing full translations. You can even enable auto-summary for specific senders you know will benefit from this feature.
+AI Templates
Spark makes communication effortless with +AI Templates. No more repetitive typing or digging through old emails for references - your templates are saved and synced across all devices for easy access and consistency wherever you go. Crucially, with +AI your template structure and placeholders can automatically adapt when prompted to the context of the email you're replying to.
Streamline mass communications by eliminating copy-pasting from past emails. Spark +AI can suggest the best phrasing for your templates or help tailor responses based on incoming messages. This feature reduces stress, letting you avoid starting emails from scratch and making the process smooth and efficient.
+AI Meeting Notes
+AI Meeting Notes let users stay fully engaged in conversations as meetings are recorded, transcribed, and summarized by Spark. After you’re done with a meeting you can easily switch between Transcripts, +AI Summaries, and Notes tabs, eliminating the need for manual note-taking and ensuring no details are missed. By centralizing emails, meeting notes, and calendars in one place, +AI Meeting Notes keeps you focused on what matters, with key information always at hand.
This update empowers you to automate note-taking and follow-ups, freeing you to focus on strategic tasks. Managers can document discussions and action items more efficiently, optimizing team workflows. Recruiters benefit from streamlined candidate evaluations, while customer research teams can quickly gather insights, storing all interview transcripts and summaries in one place. +AI Meeting Notes makes manual note-taking a thing of the past, so you'll never miss a detail again.
