How does Spark ensure my privacy is protected when using Meeting Notes?
To generate a transcription and an AI-powered summary, Spark engages trusted AI providers. We partner exclusively with secure providers and perform thorough third-party assessments prior to any engagement. Additionally, comprehensive data processing agreements are in place, ensuring all providers comply with GDPR and uphold strict data protection standards.
Your private data remains private and is not used to train either our models or those of our partners. Spark does not store the audio stream from your conversations. However, the AI provider may retain the audio stream for up to thirty (30) days strictly for its abuse and misuse monitoring purposes. After this period, the audio is deleted, unless a longer retention period is legally required.
Meeting Notes is disabled by default, providing you with full control to activate or deactivate it at any time. When the feature is disabled, no meetings are transcribed or accessed.
Additionally, Spark employs robust security measures, including encryption, access controls, and regular security assessments.
