Just search for the emails you frequently check and create a Smart Folder as a quick shortcut. The dedicated folder will then appear in your sidebar.
You can create a Smart Folder related to a single project, even if emails come from different senders or have varying subject lines. Track emails containing “invoice”, “receipt” or “payment” to manage finances effortlessly. Automatically separate unread messages or emails from the last week to make sure nothing slips through the cracks. And for freelancers or agencies, Smart Folders make it easy to keep client communications neatly filtered by one or several email addresses.
What makes Smart Folders so useful is how easy they are to set up. You don’t need to write complex rules. Just use regular search criteria and supported search tips (From, To, Subject, Has attachments, Last week, etc.) and Spark will instantly filter the messages you care about.
Smart Folders are available as part of Spark Premium. If you’ve been using Spark on iOS, you’ll now find full support on macOS and Windows as well. Please note that Smart Folders only sync across the same system, so iPhone and iPad's will have the same smart folders, while Windows and Mac with Spark Desktop will have their own smart folders synced.
