Recognizing the need for a seamless connection between email and calendar applications, we have reintroduced the highly requested integrated Calendar to Spark Desktop. If you're tired of jumping between apps to manage emails and events, you can now streamline your scheduling tasks without leaving Spark.
Spark’s Calendar provides an efficient and focused approach to handling daily tasks and commitments by integrating calendar functions directly into the email platform:
- Save time: Easily view your schedule in one quick look. Create events or open the calendar from the Command Center.
- One-click meeting setup: Enable integration with Google Meet or Zoom within Spark and add meeting links to your events with just one click.
- Sleek and simple design: The calendar's minimalist look keeps you focused on your plans. It’s as intuitive and elegant as Spark itself.
- Cross-platform synchronization: Keep your schedules aligned in your Google, Exchange, and iCloud calendars across all devices where Spark is installed.
Connecting your calendar
Spark's Calendar is compatible with Google, Exchange, and iCloud calendars. Note that only supported accounts will allow you to enable the calendar. The checkbox will be inactive for accounts like Yahoo, Outlook, or custom IMAP.
Adding new calendars directly in Spark is not supported, so it must be done through your email provider. Use the following steps to set up your integrated calendar:
- Click Spark at the top left of your screen.
- Select Accounts and make sure the account you need is added to Spark.
- Click on the Calendar tab.
- Under "Enable calendars for" tick the needed accounts.
