How to prioritize emails on a Mac

An average person today receives hundreds of emails every month. A typical inbox has a mixture of different types of emails, ranging from personal emails from family & friends, notifications and alerts from all the apps and services we use, newsletters & marketing emails urging us to spend more online, and unwanted emails from senders we don’t want to deal with. As new emails come in, they’re added to the top of the inbox, which leads to a lot of clutter that you can’t directly control. Often, important emails get lost somewhere in all this clutter, and you end up spending more time cleaning & sorting through the junk to find what you’re looking for.

In this guide, we’ll learn how to prioritize emails in your inbox, so that important emails stay separated from the rest of the clutter.
