Email is one of the most popular mediums of communication today. We have been using email for several decades now, and it has evolved into a reliable way to convey our thoughts and messages across. Rich Text Formatting on iOS

With today’s release, Spark for iOS offers an entirely new set of rich formatting features. With the latest version, you can start using rich formatting options like font color, text highlight color, lists, indents along with Bold, Italics and Underline options.Using lists and bullet points in the email body is a great way to format your message, and Spark Mail app for iOS is smart enough to handle bullet points and numbered lists automatically for you.

Tip: When you start a new row with a dash, Spark will automatically start a bulleted list. 

Advanced Rich Text Formatting on macOS

Spark Mail app for Mac has had rich text formatting in some basic form for quite some time now. While many of our users have been making effective use of this feature, we have been getting a lot of feature requests to offer more advanced text formatting controls, as the basic options still weren’t enough for a majority of our users.

We’ve been carefully listening to your feedback and are delighted to introduce advanced rich text formatting options in Spark Mail app on macOS.

With this new feature, you now have a plethora of options to fine-tune and format your email message. You can choose and apply text color, highlights, use ordered or unordered lists, indent your text for quoting, and even create lists by using dashes.

We’ve designed these new set of formatting options to be very easy to use, and if you’ve used any popular text editor before, you’ll feel right at home. As you type, Spark will automatically format lists for you.
