UPD. As of the 23 of February 2023, the most recent reports indicate that the sync of the Outlook/Hotmail accounts was stabilized on the side of Outlook. Spark should work smoothly with Outlook/Hotmail accounts. No actions from your side are required.
If you do continue to experience any issues with syncing or fetching emails, re-login to Spark on the affected device. Instructions to re-login are available for all platforms below.
- iOS/Android: Open Spark Settings > Tap on the email account address under Settings > Tap on the Log Out icon on the top right of the screen > Log out > Log in to back Spark with the same email account address.
- Spark 2 macOS: Open Spark Settings > General > Main > Log out. Log in back to Spark with the same email account address.
- Spark Desktop: Open Spark Settings (Preferences) > Click on the email address above the General section > Log out. Log in back to Spark with the same email account address.
