Email Is Displayed Incorrectly

If you have issues with viewing a specific email (links don’t work, attachments aren’t displayed, etc.), please follow the steps below.

  1. Click Spark at the top left of your screen.
  2. Open Preferences.
  3. Tick Detailed Logging.
  4. Open the email which isn’t displayed correctly.
  5. Click More on the top toolbar.
  6. Select Tools > Re-parse.
  7. Open this email again. If it still looks corrupted, select More> Tools > Send message data.
  8. In your message to our support team, describe the issues you have with this email.
  9. Click Send and we’ll get back to you soon.
  1. Tap the menu icon  at the top left.
  2. Open Settings > Support.
  3. Enable the Detailed Logging toggle.
  4. Open the problem email.
  5. Tap More at the bottom right.
  6. Scroll to the right, select Tools > Re-parse.
  7. Open this email again. If re-parsing hasn’t helped, tap More> Tools > Send message data.
  8. In your message, please specify the issues you have with this email.
  9. Send the email and we’ll get in touch soon.

  3. Enable the Detailed Logging toggle.
  4. Open the email you have issues with.
  5. Tap Moreat the top right.
  6. Select Tools > Re-parse.
  7. Open the problem email again. If it still looks wrong, tap Moreat the top right of this email and select Tools > Send message data.
  8. In your message to our support team, specify the issues you have with this email.
  9. Send the email and we’ll get in touch to fix your problem as soon as possible.
