How Spark Handles Your Data And How to Remove Your Data From Spark

We have updated our Privacy Policy that explains exactly how your data is being used. We only gather information that is needed to provide you with the best email experience. Your data is safe. Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • request a copy of all the data associated with the specific email account in Spark;
  • request restriction of access to all the data associated with the specific email account in Spark;
  • request the deletion of all the data associated with your specific email account in Spark.

This is the data we collect and store until you request a deletion:

Remove your data from Spark

  1. Click Spark at the top left of your screen
  2. Select Preferences.
  3. Click Remove My Data From Spark at the bottom
  4. In the pop-up window, type “Remove” and click Confirm.

  2. Open Settings.
  3. Tap your email address at the top.
  4. Choose Remove My Data From Spark at the bottom.
  5. In the pop-up window, type “Remove” and tap Confirm.

  4. Choose Remove My Data From Spark at the bottom.
  5. In the pop-up window, type “Remove” and tap Confirm.
